an item I was selling ended last night. The buyer has contacted me this afternoon saying they are going on holiday tonight and can the order be placed on hold for a few weeks.
I go on hol myself in 2 weeks though.
I have mailed the buyer to ask for an alternative address to post to or I can arrange for one of my family members to post when I am on holiday. I said I would require payment before they go on hol or within 3 days from the item ending.
The buyer has not got back to me, don't hold much hope of them getting back tonight either
Would I be eligible to go down the Unpaid Item process when it gets to 4 days after ending, if they buyer still hasn't paid / responded ?
Any advice would be HUGELY appreciated xx
