I recently opened a dispute for an unpaid item which ended an auction two weeks ago

I had contacted the buyer a week after the item finished and they replied and apologied and said they would pay ASAP. Another week past and still no payment, therefore i opened an unpaid case. I have just noticed, they have marked the item as paid on 9th of July, however I have not received any payment. The open case says I can now close it given the item has not been paid for. What should I do now?
