BEWARE MAMA'S AND PAPA'S ZIKO

Ipurchased a mama's and papa's ziko in mushy peas in august 2006.

First appearance i thought wonderful pushchair light weight , stylish dont let this desive you.

within 4 weeks of having pram problems start, i put my 8month old baby son in pushchair to go for a walk and to my complete horror the whole pram collapse on my son.On close inspection relised that the bolt keeping the frame together has completely fallen out and the frame colasped.

I contacted mamas and papas head office to be told that i would have to drive to my local store for the manager to inspect and they could not comment on the phone, so i drove the 1/2hr journey to my local store to be told that yes this was a manafacuter fault but no i could not have a refund.

Instead im told that they have been sent replacement bolts for the store to fit and ensured that it would not happen again if does i would be initialed to a full refund.

So to my complete horror on the 4th december 2006 (yes today) i get the pushchair out of my car and guess what yes the pram has again collapsed.

So again i contacted head office to be told the same thing , so i travel again to my local store expecting my full refund .

When i get there, there is no refund i get told that they now have to send the pushchair to head office for them to inspect and apparently i may not get my refund and to put the icing on the cake they now tell me that it will not be back in time for christmas.

mamas and papas its all name no quality , beware before you buy!!!!!!!!!!!!
