Silver Cross 3D Ventura Prams

DO NOT BUY THESE PRAMS!!Silver Cross have prided themselves as one of the countriesbest pram manufacturers when they are anything but. The only prams these people are actually good at making are the old style not travel systems or buggies. After speaking to a few people who have bought the same pram as me they have had the same complaints, brake failure, wonky wheels, hood not working properly and the backrest falling when a child is in the pram. When you make a complaint about the pram either by the telephone or on their website(which no one actually seems to work on) you get told that the cannot replace or refundyour pram unless there is a major fault in it i.e. bits that have fallen off or snapped off. So you are left with a faulty pram and roughly
