i purchased a watch off a power seller. they said it was brand new. When it arrived it had no box, the winder was broken off and it looked about 20 years old. A jeweller said I had been conned. Paypal wasnt;t any use so I put it down to experience,The moral is if someone says it's new and the picture just shows a watch looking like a fuzzy mess and no mention is made of boxes or packaging then you probably know it is a fraudulent sale.I won't be caught out like that again!!!
